The manufacture of furniture is a combination of our outstanding experience in traditional carpentry with up-to-date technology and findings as well as with the use of top quality components and raw material.
The process starts with a selection of wood. Wood is a natural material which makes every piece different. Before the mechanical treatment each piece of wood is carefully examined and sorted by hand.
We use the most modern woodworking machines, among which the nesting technology for shape-cutting of panels should be exposed in that they enable an optimal exploitation of raw materials thus making our production more ecological. Moreover, we use CNC woodworking centres for five -axed treatment of more demanding shapes, with milling for the separate, more complex parts of furniture and moulds of small or large dimensions.
The final treatment of wood is performed by machines as well as by hand in which all the traditional woodworking knowledge and experience count. For the surface treatment of wood we use the newest, special materials that enable the use of products in the most extreme conditions.
Our skilled workers, who examine every piece individually, carefully check all semi-products. Before the final treatment the pieces are finalized by hand if necessary.
In the Assembly Department the semi-products are systematically quality controlled and packed into the pasteboard, boxes or palletes and labelled.
